6 arrested near Othello during serving of search warrant

OTHELLO — A total of six people were arrested near Othello on Thursday in connection with a sexual assault/drug investigation.

Adams County deputies served the search warrant in connection with a sexual assault, drug and gun investigation Thursday morning at a residence in the 600 block of Saddle Road, near Othello. Six people were taken into custody during the serving of the warrant. Deputies recovered several guns and methamphetamine.

Arrested during the warrant were:

Juan Omar Gonzalez, 56, for third-degree child rape, third-degree rape and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Norma Esther Camacho-Ochoa, 18, for warrants in Adams and Grant counties.

Claudia Angelina Moreno Rodriguez, 37, for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine.

Ashley Dawn Younger, 32, on a Department of Corrections warrant.

Emmanuel Ayala, 34, for possession of methamphetamine.

Donald Christopher Terrell, 26, for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office did not release additional details about the serving of the warrant or the events leading up to it.
